Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - noon and 1 pm - 5 pm
What I Do:
- Provide technical support for faculty, staff, and students (in person, and via phone, email, chat, and screen share) including OS, application, hardware, and network troubleshooting
 - Lead the administration of the Mobile Device Management system for all college Macs by creating and maintaining images, software policies, configuration profiles, and scripts; ensure integrations with other systems
 - Assist with the imaging, deployment and management of Mac and Windows computers used by employees and in academic spaces across campus
 - Assist with the administration, support, and account provisioning of core user systems including email, calendaring, multi-factor authentication, virtual private network, and others
 - Assist with the distribution and support of software used in teaching and research; manage relationships with software vendors, including the virtual computing lab environment
 - Consult with faculty and staff to support effective use of technology in teaching, research, and administrative work
 - Assist with the administration and documentation of systems and processes critical to department operations
 - Assist with the creation and lifecycle management for all college computing accounts and assets
 - Assist with recruiting, training and mentoring of student employees
